Wondering what it’s like to work with us and what on boarding and day-to-day looks like? Wonder no more! Here’s the breakdown.

 
 

#1. We learn as much as we can about you, make sure our services and working styles align (and if not, we’re happy to recommend someone else!), and provide you with a proposal breaking down the scope of work, goals and objectives, tactics we’ll use to reach your goals, timeline for each phase of the consultancy, what is expected from both parties to make it a successful partnership, a breakdown of your monthly investment in the services and advertising costs, and finally the signing of a contract.

#2. We develop a clear and concise strategy that is specific to your business. This includes, but is not limited to: competitive analysis, development of buyer persona’s, mapping out your customers’ journey, advertising strategies, and more!

#3. Develop a content calendar and content execution strategy. We will develop original social media content and advertisements unique to your brand. This content can be prepared in a monthly content calendar and reviewed during our monthly meeting (whether it’s in person or via video conference). You will have an opportunity to review and approve before anything goes live.

#4. Daily maintenance and growth optimization is included in our social media marketing services. We monitor all social media activity, such as comments and reviews, and respond in a timely manner as appropriate. We also will use organic tactics such as hashtags, following potential partners and customers, running contests, and more to grow your channels and your business.

#5. Communication is what we do best! We can schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings to discuss progress, go over upcoming campaigns, and more. We can also provide you with monthly analytics and tie them to your sales numbers and customer acquisition goals.
