Monday Blues are a weekly occurrence. The weekend is over and you are faced with five challenging days head. The first half of the day is spent catching up on weekend e-mails and finishing projects from the prior week and the second half continues at the same manic pace of the morning and you wish it was Tuesday already. So much for a fresh start!!
While waiting for yet another pot of coffee to finish brewing, I wondered, is it all a state of mind? Do we do this to ourselves? The answer is yes. But how does one break the cycle?
